What is bouldering?

Bouldering is a unique climbing style that’s become very popular in recent years, thanks in part to its inclusive community vibe. No equipment is needed except for climbing shoes. Since the walls aren’t very high, falls are controlled and safe. Bouldering helps you improve your technique, strength, balance, flexibility, and creativity.
